Tindersticks - Medicine There is a new Tindersticks record out and Jon McGregor’s new book finally shipped so things are pretty nice. I went to visit my grandmother’s tree on the island. It is still a baby, but it is an oak and will become a monster. Right in the middle at the top is a small, round bird’s nest. It is the only young tree with a bird’s nest.

I thought that my flu or bronchitis or whatever it is at this point was maybe just in my head by now because it’s been so long so I drove out to the stable because if I was ever going to feel fine it would be while riding. I rode a small lesson horse and after so long on my show horse I felt so low to the ground, but she had some fun jumps, predictable take offs and I’m still working...

Go get flu shots! The flu is very, very terrible and I spent all morning wondering if Dignitas would take me now.
