I’m planning a field trip to a city I might want to move to. It wouldn’t be for a while because I am not ready to leave Toronto and I am not ready to sell my house and I think I will need at least two more years here until I’ll feel okay about it, but the winters are so awful and there are so many more beautiful places. But it is in the US and it would be hard to live somewhere so politically fucked too. A place without universal healthcare is terrifying. I never lived anywhere in the US where I felt like I belonged, but I’ll go see if this could be different.
